By accessing or using the Blossom University website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and families who access our platform.

About Blossom University

Blossom University is an inclusive education company offering American Sign Language (ASL) instruction and inclusive education programs. Our mission is to provide accessible, scholar-led education that celebrates every learner's unique brilliance.

Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Accounts for minors must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Scheduling

• All sessions must be scheduled through the Blossom University website.
• Available appointment times are listed directly on the scheduling page.

Payments & Refunds

Session Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve an appointment.
• Seasonal group sessions (ASL 1 & ASL 2) require full payment at enrollment.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.
• Seasonal session enrollments are non-refundable after the session begins.
• If Blossom University cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.

For financial hardship situations, please contact us — no family should be turned away due to financial constraints.

Code of Conduct

All participants in Blossom University programs agree to:

• Treat all instructors, scholars, and families with respect and kindness
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for all learners
• Not record sessions without explicit written permission
• Not share session recordings, materials, or curriculum without authorization
• Report any concerns about safety or conduct to us immediately

We reserve the right to remove any participant from our programs for conduct that violates our community standards, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, content, and resources provided by Blossom University are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

Disclaimers

Blossom University's programs are educational in nature and are not a substitute for professional therapeutic, medical, or special education services. While we strive to provide the highest quality instruction, we make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossom University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
